Our Little Parrot

As we were getting Emerson ready for bed tonight he was jibbering away as usual. I was saying lots of words that he knows in hopes that he would say them back, and he did say most of the them. Chad commented, "We are the parents of a little parrot." Nothing could be closer to the truth! Emerson is saying lots of new words everyday. He just comes out with them. It is really the most amazing thing to see him using words to express himself. Here are a few of his new words:

1. cow

2. baby (he likes to look in the mirror while saying this)

3. du (duck)

4. qu-au (quack)

5. key

6. joo (juice - which is really water)
