Explorium
Today Emerson made his first trip to the Lexington Children's Museum or the Explorium. He had a great time playing with all of the hands-on exhibits.
The toddler-size tree house
Emerson's favorite exhibit was the bubble room.
He would run in and out of this semi-circle of tubes
with bubbles running through them (see below).
Pure amazement
Playing with the train table
It took a few tries to get the bus through the tunnel
"Riding" on a barge on the Kentucky River
Farmer Emerson
Emerson loved the big brain -
it had BUTTONS for him to push!
Checking out foods that are grown in Kentucky
Putting his food in the wagon
(which he subsequently pulled around for a while)
