Well, Aunt KK and Uncle TT weren't sure that Emerson's cat, Jasper, was going to make it. The little guy seems to be a sickly thing, and after several trips to the vet he may or may not get to keep his home in the Reckart household. Emerson had a little play time with Jasper today. I am happy to say that Emerson's cat handling skills are greatly improving!
Giving Jasper "love"
Gently petting Jasper
Preparing to pick up Jasper*Every time Emerson went near Jasper he would pick up the cat and carry him to one of us, unless immediately directed not to pick up the cat.
We didn't get the words out fast enoughhere as Emerson is handing the cat to Aunt KK
