Pumpkin Patch

Today we took Emerson to Evan's Orchard in Georgetown to pick out a pumpkin. This was our first time to Evan's, and we had lots more fun than we did at the other patch we went to in previous years. Emerson loved the big slides and straw castle! We tried to go in the corn maze, but Emerson was a little hesitant so we went to ride the tractors instead. We had so much fun I am thinking about having Emerson's birthday party there next year.
Emerson needed me to go down with him the first time, then loved it so much he went all alone.

The tractor ended up being more of push power rather than pedal power; his legs were still a little too short to be able to pedal.

A family picture? This is what you get these days when you ask Emerson to pose for a picture. It didn't help that Chad wasn't willing to sit still at this point either. Oh well, this is life right now. :)
