This weekend Chad and I were lucky enough to get to spend some time with two of our Goddaughters. Savannah and Breanna are 18 months old and live in Louisville. Jonathan and Kierstie (their parents) have had few nights out since the twins were born. Last night we were on duty as they ventured out to an engagement party.
As anyone can guess, at this age they are really on the move and love to play. Chad and I had the chores of feeding them dinner, bathing them, and then putting them to bed. Needless to say, with much praying ahead of time, all went smoothly and the girls (as well as us) had a great time together. Chad was a trooper and did his share of the work with the two little ones! We are looking forward to our return for babysitting in March, when we will be with them for the whole weekend!
