Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to all of the dad's out there! Since Chad was working today we celebrated at our house last night with grilled chicken, baked beans, pasta salad, and the cupcakes below for dessert. I got the idea from my Family Fun Magazine (click here for directions). Chad doesn't normally eat coconut, but was a sweetheart and enjoyed a cupcake anyway.
